There is a 2.75% Processing fee assessed per transaction for processing cost.
B. - You may include with your order a US Postal Money order in USA Dollars ($) payable to “Notary & Apostille Service, Inc”

Don't send by mail - Only with courier pick up & Delivery. You are cautioned not to send cash by mail. Some clients will still do it however, we will not be responsible for documents that arrive without the cash money even if you claim that you send cash.

F. - Make check payable to "NOTARY & APOSTILLE SERVICE, INC" that is drawn on a USA bank. Processing of you job will be delayed a couple of days until check clears. Do not pay by check if you want Expedited Service, use one of the above payment methods above or below.
G. - Make payment via Paypal.com You can use the email address found on the order form. You do not need to have a PAYPAL account in order to use this option. Or if you do have a Paypal account just use the "Send Money" tab on paypal.com after you log-into Paypal.com or click on the "Buy Now" button Below.
INVOICE - If requested we can send you a "PayPal Invoice" to make it easier for you to send us your payment. You must provide your email address so Notary & Apostille Service can send you a email link to the invoice.
H. - Request additional information if you decide to use this method of
payment to send USA dollars ($). My bank is Bank and they do not require an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) code for incoming foreign wires.

Notice: If you use a BANK WIRE to send money please be aware some bank may use another service to wire the money to my
account. This other service provider may take an unspecified amount of money, (I've seen up to
35 dollars), removed from the money you are sending to me to complete the money transfer to my account. This is why
there is an additional $35 for a bank wire. This charge will not show up on your statement because it is being charged to me.
Please note
Notary & Apostille Service will not set-up a new bank account just to transfer money from your bank. This includes foreign country banks located in the USA.
* If you send your documents without payment, your document will not be process until payment is made.

2. Collect documents
i. Make sure you filled out the online Order Form above, This order form contains information about the work you require, Payment Information, it also contains your contact information should I need to contact you if there is a problem. If you want to submit a letter explaining what needs to be done, just be sure to include the information in the order form. It is not necessary for you to explain why you need this work done. Full Payment must be made at time of service, especially for any translation work.
ii. All pages of Original Documents - If you are sending more than one document please paper clip documents that go together, if they are getting process separately.
