Notary & Apostille Service, Inc. is a private for profit company. We are a New York State base company registered with the New York State Secretary of State as a domestic corporation. We are not related to any governmental agency. We do not issue or sell documents. We are not lawyers and we do not provide legal advice, tax advice or any other legal or professional advice of any kind.

In the beginning our business name was NYnotary4U.com as we grew our name was changed to Notary & Apostille Service, Inc to reflect the broader range of services (i.e., Locate a notary in your area, Attorney notary services (provide attorneys with a notary for clients to sign affidavit), Mobile or Traveling Notary Service, Nationwide Notary Service, (to assist you in finding a notary in any state), Auto Loans Notary Service & Structured Settlement Service. Certified and or Background Notary Public for Mortgage Loan Service), that we provide. We specialize in assisting our clients in expediting their documents for Legalization through the various local, state, federal government agencies, including foreign consulates & embassies located in the USA. We grown to a point that we have an affiliates network across the country of 55,000 Notary Publics.

Process:
 We process documents that are sent to us, or we can provide a notary in another area to handle your documents. We also provide local New York mobile Notary Public service, as well as Nationwide Notary Service. Through NY court administration we provide  New York State criminal history background checks. With assistance from an affaliate we can provide document translations for 50+ languages. In addition we provide generalized information about the services to our customers and to the public. With proper authorization from you we can assist you in retrieving personal documents   (i.e., marriage certificate, certificate of divorce and criminal or family court records). We can also retreive any public document from the National Archive. We do not issue documents or sell any kind of documents, we only expedite the processing of documents you send us.

In addition to being a Notary Public we also support Notary Signing Agent Service. This means we are familiar & specalize in witness closing & processing mortgage documents. Notary Signing Agents have receive special training in closing of various type of mortgage loans. Since many banks, mortgage companies want to make sure they are using people of the highest moral fiber Notary Signing agents have to take an annual background check.

Security:
Notary Signing agents undergo a comprehensive criminal background check of all criminal court records (misdemeanor, felony and federal courts) to verify if there was a conviction of a criminal offense involving dishonesty or a breach of trust, and to make sure we have not pled guilty to, no contest, or has been convicted of, or entered a pretrial diversion program in connection with the prosecution of, any criminal offense regardless of whether described as a felony or as a misdemeanor involving dishonesty, a breach of trust, or money laundering.

The reason for such a comprehensive background check is because Notary Signing Agents, handle volumes of personal data, W9's, social security number, bank account & credit card information, W2's, Income tax forms just to name a few.

Our goal is to provide the best service to our clients. We work as a New York State Traveling Notary Public & Notary Signing Agent, on call during the day & evening hours when most banks & notary public locations are closed.
