Low Cost Apostille Service


Notary & Apostille Service offers the lowest Apostille or Certification fee for qualified documents.
If you want the lowest or cheapest cost for your Apostille / Apostilla / Certification Stamp your documents must qualify according to the steps below.  
This service is provided by mail Only.

If you send me your document via the mail, We will be happy to assist you in getting your Apostille.  All Apostille are just (see Price List). Postage is not included. Any additional Apostille are the same price. This offer is only for New York State documents Only that are currently correctly notarized correctly.  Some restrictions apply to qualify for this low Apostille fee.

To Qualify for this low rate:

  1. * Your document must be properly notarized, (view this article), (download the order form) & see an example of a document that meet the statutory requirements for a proper notary public stamp on page 6, by a  New York County, Queens County, Bronx County, or Kings County notary, before sending it to Notary & Apostille Service.
  2. If the notary stamp has Qualified in Richmond County, Qualified in Westchester County, Qualified in Yonkers County, Qualified in Suffolk County or any other county then you must add (see Price List)  to the above fee. To avoid this additional fee you can take your document to the "County Clerk" and have them "Authenticate" the signature of the Notary Public, State Registrar or Town Registrar

  3. * Your NYC Birth Certificates & NYC Death Certificates must already have the "Letter of Exemplification" of birth or death record, (other areas may require a different type of certification or exemplification), Marriage Licenses & Divorce Decrees must be certified by the court,  Marriage Certificate must already have the Real - Ink Pen Signature of the City Clerk on the back of the NYC Marriage License.

Special Note,

If you don't have the "Letter of Exemplification" of birth or death record, don't worry, So long as you have a Certified Original Birth or Death Certificate, long form or short form, that is not much older than one signed by David Dinkins, City Clerk, Circa 1975-1985, we can still get your birth or death certificate Apostille. It will require a little more travel & work on our part, but it is possible, we've done it many, many times, even tho you may have hear otherwise from government officials or other apostille services. There is also an extra fee for this special service.

We can also help you if you only have a scanned copy of your Birth or Death Certificate, we can still get an Apostille for it.

  1. * Your order must be PREPAID via Cash, Money Gram, Western Union, Google Checkout, USA Postal Money Order, Personal Check or Company Check or PayPal.
  2. If you chose to bank Wire funds, you will need to add $35 to the order. Turn around time to process your Apostille or Certification is approx can take up to 5 business days once your order is received.


  3. If you want to have your document return by Express mail You must provide your own Prepaid return envelope or select the option for USPS return mail on the order form. If you choose return mail by FedEx or DHL you must provide your account number or a credit card to charge it to.  Documents received without correct fees or postage will be delayed in returning to you.
  4. There is be an additional charge if you want to send your document by FedEx.

  5. * Documents that are received that do not meet all of the above requirements  will for a Low cost Apostille not be processed at the above low cost rate. These documents will be held for additional funding or will be returned to sender at senders cost plus a handling fee (see Price List) will be deducted from fees paid, otherwise, it will be processed at the normal full price for an Apostille or Certification. Documents received without proper funding will be held until funds are available.


  6. If your document is rejected by the Department of State for any reason related to the Notary Stamp or because of the content of the document, a processing/reprocessing fee of (see Price List) may apply.

  7. I DO NOT require any permission letter from you to complete the job if you have satisfied all of the requirements above.


  8. If you require Embassy Legalization there are additional fee and requirements for that particular service.

When you're ready to ship

  1. Fill out & include the Order Form & Click on Getting Started
  2. Include all documents that belong with the Apostille, not just the notary signature page. Do Not send a copy of the notary page, it must be the original notary signature.
  3. Include method of payment as indicated above or Pre-pay online using the Google Checkout link below for faster processing service.
  4. Mail documents to address listed on order form, see step 1.
  5. It is recommended that you provide tracking for your document to tell when they have arrived.  (Notary & Apostille Service is not responsible for documents lost in the mail or misdirected, or not received).
  6. Rush or Same Day Service is also available for an additional fee.
  7. Additional fee is required if you require FedEx or DHL or any other express courier service.
  8. The offer can not be combined with any other.

 

 

Mailing your Documents

To send your document to Notary & Apostille Service , you can use any of the courier service such as USPS mail (Priority, Express), FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc that provides tracking. If you choose to, you can also use First Class Mail.
