New York State Apostille (New York State Apostille)

The low price is only for documents that need to be processed in New York State area. However, if you have document from other state we can still offer you a different discount. Please call us for additional information regarding you discount code.

Documents that qualify for this low price are all New York State Birth, Marriage, Court & Death Records

  1. Certified Court Records, New York City Birth, Marriage or Death Certificates. Your NYC Birth or Death Certificates DO NOT REQUIRE the "Letter of Exemplification of Birth or Death". NYC Marriage Records DO NOT REQUIRE a live pen signature on the back.
  2. If you have a Birth, Marriage or Death Certificate from any location other than New York City it must have the signature of the Director of Vital Records or Assistant Director of Vital Records signature/stamp on the back or if you have a Birth, Marriage or Death Certificate Records that has been issued by a "Local Town Registrar" then the Birth, Marriage or Death record must be taken to the County Clerk that covers the Local Registrars town.
  3. Any Notarized Documents, where the Notary Stamp indicates that the notary public is "Qualified in Kings County" (Brooklyn), "Qualified in Queens County", "Qualified in New York County" (Manhattan) or "Qualified in Nassau County" are acceptable for this price point.
  4. Notarized documents were the Notary Public stamped documents are from any other New York State county (i.e., Albany, Allegany, Bronx, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Dutchess, Erie, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Genesee, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Montgomery, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orange, Orleans, Oswego, Otsego, Putnam, Rensselaer, Richmond (Staten Island), Rockland, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, St. Lawrence, Suffolk, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Westchester, Wyoming, & Yates County) must be Authenticated by the County Clerk First in the county where the notary stamp says they are qualified in before sending your document to us, Otherwise, there will be a delay in processing your document and there is an additional fee to cover the postage or transportation to travel to the County Clerk Office at these locations.

Court Documents

  1. All New York City or New York State court documents must have the original stamp of the County Clerk & the Raised Seal of the court on the Court Document. Duplicate copies of original do not have a raised or embossed seal and can not be Apostille.
  2. Any other New York governmental documents must have an Authorized Signature that can be Verified by the Manhattan County Clerk or the New York State Department of State, Secretary of State.

* Bronx County, Richmond County  (Staten Island), Suffolk County and Westchester County require additional fee to cover additional travel cost to these County Clerk Offices that are further away & require additional payment for extra gas usage, a bridge toll & additional times.

You must provide a pre-paid Return Courier label or include additional funds to return or forward your document to another agency or person. Documents sent without any instructions or funds for handling will be held until those missing items are received.

This is our cheapest price, there are no additional discounts. Once we have collected your document your job will be process through the correct agencies & return to you via the mail. The price is for each document that needs an Apostille not per page.

Apostille processing time varies, from 1 day to 10 business days & according to the service requested & paid for and the procedure needed to get your document Apostille. The processing time will also depend on the location where your document must be taken to, or if they have to be send to another location not in our service area for additional processing.
