Court documents Certified by a New York Court
Document Signed by the State, District, County Official
Signed by the State Registrar of the Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics, a local Registrar or the Director of Vital Records.

How can I tell if my Birth Certificate, Death Certificates or Marriage Certificates is acceptable for an Apostille in New York State?

How long does it take?

Normal processing time at the New York Secretary of State Apostille is 2 to 3 days, however, to expedite your service, Expedited service & Express mail is available to speed up the process & for the return of your documents as quickly as possible.

New York Apostille Fees

For our fastest service it will take a minimum of 1 business day once we receive your order and return it to you.  The cost for the first 2 NY State Secretary of State Apostille documents is $175.00 each, additional Apostille documents are $90 each.   

All document are returned to you at no additional cost using USPS Priority Mail unless Expedited Service, International mail or express mail is requested which is an additional cost.

Expedited service is available to speed up the New York State Secretary of State Apostille process & for the return of your documents as quickly as possible Using USPS/FedEx/DHL for an additional $45.00 for all document going to USA location. International users add $100 for FedEx/DHL Courier Service.

Embassy Legalization is $300 for the first document. If additional document are going to the same Embassy they are  $225 each.
