Sending your document to Notary & Apostille Service by expedited mail does not mean you will receive expedited service.  Our normal processing time is 1 - 2 business days. If you wish Same Day Service see the fee for this service here.

1. Your documents must already be properly notarized by a  New York County Notary Public, Kings County Notary Public, and Queens County Notary Public Only. If the notary stamp say (e.g. Qualified in Bronx County", "Qualified in Richmond County", "Qualified in Suffolk County") or any other county outside of New York City an additional surcharge will be added.  (It is acceptable, if the notary stamp indicates a "Certificate is on file" in any of the counties, Kings, New York, or Queens even if the notary is not from one of the listed counties.)

2. If you have a Birth or Death Certificate, you must already have the correct Long Form or vaulted copy of the document and the Letter of Exemplification. This form may not necessarily be long but it will include information such as: where you were born, your parents name & where they were born, where you were married, the witness name, and how many times the groom & bride were married.

3. Marriage Certificate must have the multi-color or colored stamp on the back to receive this special price.  Marriage Certificates that must be picked up from Vital Records do not qualify.

If you don't have the correct certificate you must order then through www.nyc.gov/vitalrecords or http://vitalchek.com.

4. Your order must be prepaid via Cash, Money Gram, Western Union, Google Checkout, USA Postal Money Order, Personal Check or Company Check. Turn around time to process your Apostille or Certification is approx 1 to 4 business days once your order is received.

The lowest Apostille price include postage for Domestic return mail. For International mail you must select International mail price which includes an additional postage fee. Documents received without correct International fee/postage will be delayed in returning to you.

5. At his special rate there is no complimentary pickup or delivery of your document. Additional Apostille going to the same country are the same price.

6. I strongly recommend that you use some kind of tracking on your mail so you can determine it location. Notary & Apostille Service is not responsible for lost mail.

7. Documents that are received that do not meet all of the above
requirements will for a MAIL Only Apostille not be processed at the stated
rate. These documents will held for additional funding or will be returned to sender at senders cost plus a handling fee of $25 will be deducted from fees paid, otherwise, it will be processed at the normal full price for an Apostille or Certification. Documents received without proper funding will be held until funds are available.

The Prices below are per document. So if you have more than 1 document, select that option several times to match the number of documents. (i.e. if you have 6 documents for the Mail Only fee, select that option 6 times or change the quantity when you view the shopping cart.

Expedited Service is Available

If you require a higher (faster) level of service which is above our normal high quality fast service then you can also select from several highly personalized services. This cost is in addition to the Apostille cost.

  • Expedited Local Service (Next Day, End of Day) - Personalized service as indicated above plus we'll make sure you document get process so you can have your documents back when you need it.  We will do whatever is necessary to get your Apostille done as quick as possible.
  • Three  Hour Service - Highly Personalized Executive service for:

    • New York City, Yonkers, Mount Vernon, Pelham, Eastchester, Scarsdale, New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamaroneck  & Long Island only.

    Service is completed within three hours of receipt of your document.

    To send your document to Notary & Apostille Service, you can use any of the courier service such as USPS mail (Priority, Express), FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, etc that provides tracking. If you choose to, you can also use First Class Mail.
