Notary & Apostille Service, Inc. was established in 2010 in Copiague, New York, and is owned and operated by Alan Murray.
Alan began Notary & Apostille Service, Inc.
when he wanted to get started in the real estate business. However, those plans changed as the notary public business started to grow.
While working at his full time job at New York City Transit he acquired his notary commission in 2008 to help him be a valued employee to
start to a new career. While working for New York City Transit he horned his skills by helped his co-working with their notary needs
by offering free notary service.
To expand his skills Alan took special notary training to become a Certified Notary Signing Agent. This new skill allow him to become familiar with mortgage document so he was able to do witness closing on home loans. He later expanded his business to include document legalization & criminal background record checks, Translations, document retrieval service. This allowed him to go to the various criminal, supreme, & family court to retrieve certified court document for his clients.
Trust
When it comes to trust, Alan has held many positions of trust for over the past 40 years that includes working in a highly sensitive & classified communication area as Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy. He has handled the personnel database records of over 65,000 employees, financial records of clients, that include bank & credit information, and on a regular basis he runs credit card transactions for hundreds of clients in his current business. Also, as a Notary Public because he handles mortgage documents he is required you to have an intensive background and motor vehicle license check each year.
Knowledge
Document legalization is required if you have a document that must be used in a foreign country. It require a person to know the procedure to follow for the various types of documents that maybe presented, so that the document will be acceptable to the country that it is going to be used in.
